Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing dedicated support across K-12 settings in a dynamic school environment. As a School Psychologist, you’ll engage with students, educators, and families, delivering specialized services that foster positive educational outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Current South Carolina School Psychology License required
- Experience conducting evaluations, psychological testing, and providing student counseling in a school setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to supporting students across diverse backgrounds and needs
- Willingness to work onsite, providing services at multiple school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform instruction and intervention planning
- Deliver counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding effective strategies for student success
- Maintain documentation, ensuring compliance with state and district policies
- Support the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a culture of inclusivity and student well-being
