Put your expertise as a School Psychologist to work in a dynamic educational setting. Two full-time contract opportunities are available serving middle school students. Both roles require in-person availability, offering a chance to create meaningful impact in an urban school environment.
1st Opening: Engage with students in grades 6-8, Monday to Friday from 8:15AM–3:00PM. 2nd Opening: Support a middle school with occasional OOD (Out of District) evaluations and overflow services, with a workday of 8:30AM–4:00PM.
Both positions are scheduled for 35 hours per week with an anticipated start as soon as possible and set to continue through June 10, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Active certification/licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania
- Ability to complete all PA required clearances
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings
- Reliable transportation to commute daily; 5 full days onsite, no work schedule accommodation available
- Proven experience working in urban school environments; comfort working in this district is essential
- Track record of conducting evaluations and assessments with school-aged youth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students within the specified caseload
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families regarding student needs and recommendations
- Participate in special education meetings and IEP development
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Support districts with OOD evaluations and caseload overflow as required
