Seeking a passionate and skilled School Psychologist for an engaging, on-site opportunity in the Clinton, SC area. Responsibilities include:
- Providing full-time school-based psychological services from ASAP through the end of the current school year
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations for Special Education eligibility
- Utilizing the Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW) model to assess for Specific Learning Disabilities
- Evaluating and supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Disturbance, Anxiety, Depression, and ADHD
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create effective interventions
- Participating in meetings and sharing insights from evaluations
- Additional details to be shared during the virtual interview process
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- A valid South Carolina School Psychologist License
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills, particularly in PSW model and diverse diagnoses
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting students and staff
