Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations for students within your caseload of approximately 40–50
- Develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention, supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote optimal learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district and state requirements
