Required Qualifications:
- Valid license as a School Psychologist through the Colorado Department of Education
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in a school setting as a School Psychologist
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and behavioral assessments
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Must be available full-time and able to work onsite as part of a dedicated team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student eligibility for IEP services
- Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Facilitate and participate in evaluation meetings with educators, families, and related service providers
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support students’ academic, behavioral, and emotional success
- Provide ongoing consultation and guidance within the elementary or junior high caseload
