This is a contract opportunity, where you’ll work onsite and collaborate closely with staff to foster student success and well-being.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist (state requirements must be met)
- Previous experience conducting psychological evaluations and assessments in a school setting
- Familiarity with K-12 academic and behavioral frameworks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week), onsite only
- Commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students in grades K-12
- Participate in the development and review of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and emotional development
- Provide consultation and recommendations to assist with academic and behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to student progress and assessments
- Engage in team meetings and support a positive school culture
