The position is full-time, requiring on-site presence during standard school hours.
You’ll have the chance to collaborate closely with a supportive educational environment, administering assessments, making critical recommendations, and working alongside teachers and families.
Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid certification or current state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience supporting K-12 students in educational settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to satisfy time-sensitive background check, fingerprinting, and employment history review per House Bill 486
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student growth
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling as needed
- Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with district and state guidelines
