School Psychologist (Full-Time) | Make a Meaningful Impact

Position Details
Job Type: Full School Year, Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $47+/hour (based on experience and education)
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
What You’ll Do
Working with a small team environment in an elementary school, PreK-4th grade caseload - must have experience with Early Intervention
Conduct comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations, threat assessments and mental health assessments
Interpret assessment data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to IEPs and 504 Plans
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
Develop and implement evidence-based academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist and PEL
Prior Early Intervention experience preferred
Strong skills in assessment, data analysis, and problem-solving
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
