- Strong skills in counseling, consultation, and collaboration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement effective intervention strategies
- Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns among students
- Participate in the development of IEPs and 504 plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines
- Offer expert consultation to school staff on learning and behavior support
- Facilitate crisis intervention as needed, and contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate
