Key Qualifications:
- Hold valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Adept at collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological services and expertise to students ranging from assessment to intervention
- Conduct educational and behavioral assessments to support student learning and emotional wellbeing
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to address academic, social, and behavioral issues
- Assist in crisis intervention and prevention as needed during assignment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with all regulations and school policies
