School Psychologist | Denver, Colorado

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting individual and group counseling, developing and implementing effective interventions, participating in crisis management, and providing thorough, data-driven assessments and documentation. Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies to provide wrap-around support for students.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s, Specialist’s, or Doctorate in School Psychology
- Active CDE Special Service Provider License with School Psychology endorsement
- Minimum of 3 years of school-based experience required
- Strong student assessment, oral/written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in collaborative teaming, crisis response, and supporting culturally diverse populations
- Proficiency with technology and digital documentation systems
- Comfortable handling multiple priorities and responding effectively in high-pressure situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct mental health services and progress monitoring per IEP goals
- Administer and interpret cognitive, social, emotional, and behavioral assessments
- Participate in IEP and MTSS meetings, supporting educational and behavioral planning
- Conduct threat and suicide risk assessments, and support crisis interventions as needed
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and outside service providers
- Provide psychoeducation, professional development, and resources for staff and families
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and coordinate community resources when appropriate
