School Psychologist in Derry, NH

The position operates on a flexible school-year (FSY) schedule and spans a diverse student population across all grade levels. As an essential part of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in developing interventions, conducting comprehensive evaluations, and communicating reports that inform student supports and services.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings is highly desirable
- Strong background in the evaluation process (including cognitive, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments)
- Expertise in producing thorough assessment reports and presenting findings to parents and educational staff
- Comfort with a district-wide caseload
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative approach to problem solving and student support
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting psychoeducational evaluations for students district-wide
- Writing comprehensive reports and sharing results with student teams
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with faculty, staff, and families
- Contributing to the development of intervention strategies and behavioral supports
- Supporting students’ mental health and social-emotional learning
- Providing consultation to teachers and staff on student concerns
