- Valid and current Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Skill in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
- Experience conducting evaluations and delivering recommendations for accommodations and support
Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret educational and psychological assessments for middle school students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine eligibility and develop IEPs
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to recommend evidence-based strategies
- Assist in implementing school-wide programs focused on social-emotional learning and positive behavior interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with confidentiality standards
