- Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- RN with BSN is highly desirable; priority consideration given to those holding this qualification

- Supporting crisis intervention and behavioral management strategies
- Consulting with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Facilitating group and individual counseling as necessary
- Maintaining clear, timely records and adhering to district procedures
