Bring your expertise as a School Psychologist to support students’ growth and success for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This rewarding full-time, contract position begins September 1 and offers a consistent weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You’ll provide essential psychological services in a dynamic school setting, working closely with 70-80 students across 10 classrooms and supporting a K-12 caseload.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active School Psychologist certification (state-specific) • Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred • Familiarity with school-based evaluations, including re-evaluations • Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and compassionately • Attention to confidentiality, organization, and meticulous record keeping
Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive re-evaluations for students in accordance with state and federal requirements • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop effective educational and behavioral interventions • Consult with parents and caregivers regarding assessment results, recommendations, and strategies for student success • Develop, monitor, and update individualized educational plans (IEPs) based on students' assessed needs • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and contribute to team meetings • Serve as a valued resource for crisis intervention, problem-solving, and student advocacy
