Middle School Elementary School Psychologist | Sauk Rapids, Minnesota

Qualifications:
- Completion of a Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Current and valid School Psychologist license in the state of Minnesota
- Demonstrated experience working with elementary, middle, and high school-aged children
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to administer and interpret psychological assessments
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive school culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations
- Collaborate with students, families, and school staff to identify needs and develop effective intervention strategies
- Create and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and support behavioral intervention plans
- Serve as a resource for teachers and administrators on student behavior, learning needs, and emotional issues
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Maintain detailed, confidential records in compliance with all regulations
