Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure as a school psychologist
- Bilingual proficiency to support diverse student and family populations
- Familiarity with the educational system and multi-tiered systems of support
- Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments, interpreting data, and providing recommendations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret findings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic needs through evidence-based practices
- Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultative services as needed
- Document services and maintain confidential records in compliance with regulations
- Assist with the design and implementation of preventive programs and interventions
