Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Current and valid Michigan school psychologist licensure.
- Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high school environments.
- Strong understanding of MTSS/RTI frameworks and individualized education program (IEP) processes.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills with both students and staff.
- Analytical approach to assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for students, interpreting and presenting results to staff and families.
- Develop, implement, and support individualized intervention plans to meet student needs.
- Serve as a primary resource for staff and parents, providing expert guidance on behavioral, social-emotional, and learning concerns.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, student support teams, and district-wide initiatives.
- Deliver direct and consultative counseling services to individual students and groups.
