Your workday typically runs from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm, but scheduling can be tailored to your caseload needs. With around 650 students in your care, you’ll focus on approximately 40 testing evaluations and 20 record reviews throughout the academic year. The contract spans from mid-September 2026 through Spring 2027, providing you with long-term stability and the chance to make a genuine impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Active PA Educator Certification for School Psychologists
- Experience working with elementary school populations
- Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills
- Ability to manage caseloads independently while collaborating with staff
- Willingness to participate (virtually or in person) in pre-referral/MTSS meetings is a plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
- Participate in IEP and student support meetings, offering expert recommendations
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning
- Facilitate and review records as part of multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to schoolwide initiatives supporting mental health and positive learning environments
