There is potential for one of the positions to transition to full-time in the future, though this cannot be guaranteed at present.
Key Qualifications:
- Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or comparable credentials.
- Valid Minnesota school psychologist license through PELSB.
- Dedication to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive services.
- Proficient in evidence-based assessments, interventions, and providing mental health supports.
- Familiarity with special education law and compliance.
- Excellent ability to foster trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
- National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or eligibility.
- Experience with consultation, problem-solving, and support within an MTSS framework.
- Leadership and facilitation capabilities supporting adult learning.
- Crisis prevention, intervention, and mental health support knowledge.
- Success in urban, multicultural educational environments.
