Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Current and valid Minnesota school psychologist licensure.
- Experience providing psychological services in K-12 settings preferred.
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student learning and well-being.
- Take an active role in crisis prevention and response, contributing to student safety and mental health initiatives.
- Maintain thorough documentation and confidential records in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Participate in the development of school-wide programs that promote positive behavior and mental health awareness.
