This onsite-only position spans the academic year from August 5, 2026, to May 19, 2027, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid license to practice School Psychology in Indiana
- Expertise in psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determination is highly valued
- In-depth knowledge of special education law, compliance, and best practices
- Skilled collaborator, able to communicate effectively with staff and families
- Prior experience working within a school system is preferred
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete approximately 70 special education evaluations annually
- Offer professional support across three buildings, working closely with educators and administration
- Engage in monthly team meetings and report to the district supervisor
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop action plans tailored to student needs
- Uphold all requirements for special education, ensuring accurate and timely evaluations
