Qualifications:
- Valid and current School Psychologist certification
- Experience working with K-8 student populations
- Strong understanding of psychological assessments and interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate confidential situations professionally
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology or related area
Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of psychoeducational assessments to students in grades K-8
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support individual learning needs
- Develop, review, and help implement IEPs
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Support positive behavioral interventions and systems across classrooms
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to district protocol and state/federal regulations
This role runs Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 4:00 pm, in a dynamic and student-centered environment. You’ll collaborate with experienced educators and specialists to provide comprehensive support to students, ensuring they have access to the resources and interventions they need for academic and emotional success.
