Key Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist certification or state licensure

- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Solid understanding of RTI/MTSS frameworks and special education processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to support students, staff, and families from diverse backgrounds
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to inform eligibility and intervention plans
- Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and social-emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design and implement academic and behavioral interventions
- Consult on crisis intervention and develop behavior management strategies when needed
- Participate actively in IEP and MTSS meetings, providing expert guidance around student services and supports
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Work on-site three days each week, contributing to a supportive and resourceful K-8 community
