Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure/certification (or eligibility) for school-based practice in Minnesota
- Proven experience with psychoeducational assessments, counseling, and intervention planning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators and families
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in multiple school settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct student evaluations and assessments in areas such as learning, behavior, and socio-emotional functioning
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and intervention plans
- Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and support services
- Offer consultative guidance to staff for student academic and behavioral success
