Pediatric School Psychologist in Essex Junction, VT

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology required
- Prior experience working in school settings, preferably with pediatric populations
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering counseling services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage students, staff, and families
- Current or eligible state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Flexibility for travel and commitment to on-site presence
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention for students as needed
- Consult on behavioral interventions and mental health strategies
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and federal guidelines
