Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ growth and achievement as a School Psychologist. Two positions are available—one ideal for in-person or hybrid professionals, and another offering a remote (VOCO) format. Spanning the academic year from August 6, 2026, through May 26, 2027, this role involves a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours with the flexibility to serve students across two or more schools.
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado School Psychologist License from CDE is required
- Demonstrated experience as a school psychologist in educational settings
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Excellent communication for collaboration with educators, families, and other support staff
- Comfortable working with digital tools for VOCO roles or in-person/hybrid for direct student contact
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations, with caseloads tailored to assignment: approximately 70 reevaluations annually (VOCO/remote) or 45 reevaluations and direct student services (in-person or hybrid)
- Implement interventions and offer consultative support to school teams and families
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor student plans
- Support school staff in strategies to improve student learning, behavior, and emotional well-being
