Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and valid School Psychologist certification/license for Indiana
- Experience working as a School Psychologist within K-12 settings
- Deep understanding of special education processes, IEPs, and evaluation protocols
- Strong communication and consultation skills with students, families, and school teams
- Ability to work both independently while remote and collaboratively in person
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs
- Participate in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop strategies that advance student well-being and learning
- Provide both direct and consultative services for students, including counseling and intervention
- Help facilitate crisis intervention and behavioral support when necessary
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
