Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students across multiple campuses in the Fort Worth area as a School Psychologist/Licensed Specialist in School Psychology. This contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about helping elementary and middle school learners thrive. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll provide critical evaluations and direct services related to Autism (AU), Emotional Disturbance (ED), and Other Health Impairments (OHI), including ADHD. The assignment is onsite and itinerant between five schools, beginning August 10, 2026 and continuing through May 21, 2027, at 35 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active License Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) or Associate School Psychologist Credential required
- Credentials must be issued by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists
- Fingerprinting through TEA required; must be completed or verified—processing can take up to 10 business days
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus
- School-based experience is highly preferred
- Strong skills in conducting FBAs and BIPs, and providing assessments for AU, ED, OHI, and ADHD
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychoeducational evaluations for students in elementary and some middle school settings
- Deliver direct services, behavioral intervention plans, and support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with educational teams to implement effective supports and interventions
- Manage a dynamic, multi-campus caseload, adapting to varying school environments
