Key Qualifications:
- Valid credential or licensure as a School Psychologist and/or Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT)
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
- In-depth experience conducting comprehensive student assessments in a school setting
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Prior experience servicing K-12 students preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to equity, confidentiality, and ethical standards in school mental health services
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychoeducational evaluations and behavioral assessments tailored to Spanish- and English-speaking students
- Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations for interventions and support plans
- Deliver direct therapeutic interventions, including individual and group counseling, as appropriate
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive outcomes for diverse learners
- Participate actively in eligibility meetings, Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, and multidisciplinary discussions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations
