School Psychologist - Fremont, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in school psychology
- Strong background in psychoeducational assessments, intervention planning, and counseling techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse students, staff, and parents
- Experience with IEP processes and multidisciplinary teams preferred
- Organizational skills and adaptability in a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ academic, social, and behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and track intervention strategies to enhance student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and support for students with special needs
- Offer consultation to teachers, staff, and caregivers on best practices for student development
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention support as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school policies and ethical standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
