Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas School Psychologist License required
- Prior experience in a school setting is a must
- Proficient in conducting Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs)
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads and adhere to strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between campuses
- Commitment to working exclusively onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Attend and actively participate in Student Support Team (SST) meetings
- Secure informed consent and act as case manager for Full Individual Evaluations
- Perform comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Present findings and recommendations during ARD meetings
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state/district timelines
- Collaborate with special education personnel, administrators, and families
- Travel among approximately 3–4 assigned campuses as needed
You'll be at the heart of supporting student success, with a schedule that allows you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering positive outcomes from August through the end of May.
