Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as an onsite school psychologist for the 2026–2027 academic year in the Midland, TX area. This contract opportunity covers the full school year, working closely with a diverse group of learners across multiple campuses. You’ll contribute expertise in evaluations, reevaluations, and various assessments while collaborating with educators and families to foster supportive learning environments.
Your skillset will be instrumental in crafting effective interventions and providing insight into student needs through comprehensive assessments. With a flexible, itinerant schedule and a caseload that stays engaging, each day brings new opportunities to champion student success.
What the role calls for:
- Active TX School Psychologist license
- Previous experience in school settings, particularly K-12
- Proficient in conducting evaluations, reevaluations, and psychoeducational assessments
- Strong interpersonal skills for communication and collaboration with staff, families, and administrators
- Ability to manage a varied, flexible caseload across different campuses
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not essential
- Comfortable working exclusively onsite
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform comprehensive student evaluations and re-evaluations
- Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families regarding assessment results and interventions
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting for compliance purposes
- Advocate for student needs within the educational team
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Travel between school campuses as needed
This is a full-time contract position (37.5 hours per week) spanning the school year, from 8/18/26 to 5/26/27.
