Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Psychology
- Active or eligible School Psychologist credentials required for Arizona
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Familiarity with special education processes and MTSS/RTI frameworks
- Ability to travel between district sites if necessary
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning and behavioral needs
- Participate in IEP meetings as a collaborative team member
- Consult with teachers, administrators, staff, and families regarding interventions, student supports, and progress
- Deliver direct and indirect services in both general and special education settings
- Support the implementation of behavioral plans and positive interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in compliance with state and district requirements
- Provide crisis intervention and student counseling as needed
