Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Arizona Psychologist License required
- AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (must be obtained prior to start)
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children within a school environment
- Strong knowledge of psychological evaluation and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to manage multiple schools and varied student needs
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students K–12
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and support personnel to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
- Deliver consultation and training for teachers and parents on student mental health
- Maintain accurate, thorough reports to support educational decision-making
- Serve as a resource for establishing positive school climates and promoting inclusive practices
This position offers an annual salary ranging from $71,000–$105,000, along with a variety of incentive opportunities including signing and retention bonuses, hard-to-fill and bilingual stipends, and a leadership stipend for Lead Psychologists.
