What You’ll Need:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Valid state license as a school psychologist.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, educators, and families.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs and changing school environments.
- Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and special education processes preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations.
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support student learning and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including eligibility and IEP/504 plan development.
- Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support as needed.
- Maintain accurate, confidential student records and comply with all federal, state, and district policies.
