Your caseload will involve managing approximately 50 evaluations across both campuses, giving you the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with varied needs. As a valued mental health professional, you'll collaborate with educators and families to deliver comprehensive assessments, develop intervention plans, and support positive outcomes for students.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license as required by state guidelines
- Proven experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in an educational setting
- Familiarity with diverse student populations and multi-tiered systems of support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
- Adaptability to serve multiple campuses efficiently and effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessments
- Participate in IEP meetings and develop data-driven recommendations
- Support students through consultation, intervention planning, and monitoring of academic/behavioral progress
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements
