Key Qualifications:
- Active Washington School Psychologist license required
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to manage varied caseloads and adapt practices to individual student needs
- Skilled in assessments, counseling, and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
- Provide consultation and support to educators, parents, and students
- Develop, monitor, and review IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer direct counseling and intervention services tailored to individual or group needs
- Participate in student support teams and contribute to data-driven decision-making
- Help design and implement prevention and crisis interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records according to state and federal guidelines
