Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) or state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Prior experience providing psychological services within school settings (K-12)
- Proficiency in virtual assessment tools and teletherapy platforms
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and maintaining confidential records
- Ability to navigate digital meetings and documentation independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, private workspace
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and deliver psychological evaluations to support special education eligibility and ongoing student needs
- Provide individual and group counseling or intervention services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement individualized education or behavioral plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and caregivers on strategies to promote student well-being, behavior management, and academic achievement
- Offer crisis intervention and contribute to the development of a safe, supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate digital records and timely reports in compliance with regulatory requirements
