Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid Colorado School Psychologist License (CDE)
- Previous experience conducting student evaluations and psychological assessments in K-12 settings
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a caseload and complete thorough documentation
- Experience or comfort with telepractice tools (for VOCO position)
- Compassion, flexibility, and a student-centered mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- For the VOCO position: Conduct approximately 70 student reevaluations/year remotely, serving at least two schools
- For the onsite/hybrid position: Complete 45 reevaluations/year onsite and provide direct student services
- Participate in the development of educational and behavioral interventions
- Support special education eligibility determinations and contribute valuable insights during IEP meetings
- Foster relationships with students, staff, and families to promote positive learning environments
- Maintain comprehensive and timely records in alignment with school compliance standards
