You will play a key role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally by conducting evaluations, supporting re-evaluations, and providing direct services for students who need guidance.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and active Colorado School Psychologist License (with CDE credential)
- Proven experience conducting psychological assessments and student evaluations in a school environment
- Strong report writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing a substantial caseload of student evaluations and re-evaluations
- Commitment to collaboration with school staff, students, and families
- Comfort with technology for remote (VOCO) delivery, if pursuing the virtual position
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments and reevaluations (approximately 70 annually for the VOCO/remote role, 45 annually for the in-person role)
- For in-person/hybrid practitioners, provide direct, on-site student interventions and consultation services
- Collaborate with school teams to support students’ educational plans and success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in adherence with state and school policies
- Provide insights to inform IEP development and facilitate team meetings as needed
