Make an impact as a Long-Term Substitute School Psychologist with a vibrant, multidisciplinary educational team. This contract opportunity offers an immediate start and runs for a 4-week period, providing crucial support in schools near Grove City, OH. As the dedicated school psychologist for both an elementary and a middle school, you’ll facilitate essential services for K–8 students, all while collaborating with supportive colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead facilitator at Evaluation Team Report (ETR) meetings, guiding discussions and ensuring compliance with district and state regulations
- Provide direct psychological services, consultation, and case management for approximately 30 students across grades K–8
- Collaborate closely with teachers, intervention specialists, counselors, and administrators to develop and implement effective educational and behavioral interventions
- Conduct student assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations for special education services
- Maintain documentation and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
- Share responsibility with fellow team members—never working in isolation
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license in Ohio required
- Previous experience working in K–8 settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ETR processes and special education procedures
- Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

- Four-week commitment, Monday through Friday, full-time schedule
- Placement includes both elementary and middle school environments, with support from additional psychologists
- Interview process is conducted virtually, with flexible timing (team unavailable Wednesdays)
