Qualifications & Desired Experience:

- Knowledge of best practices in behavioral intervention, crisis response, and classroom consultation
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student learning and behavioral concerns

- Deliver in-service training and resources to staff on relevant mental health topics and preventive strategies
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and comply with federal, state, and local regulations
