Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Providing counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral consultation for students as needed
- Participating in multi-disciplinary teams to foster a positive, inclusive school environment
- Maintaining detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
