Key Qualifications:
- Valid CT School Psychologist license is required
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting psychoeducational evaluations
- Familiarity with high school age populations and adolescent development
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and communicate findings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ academic, cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Prepare clear, concise reports that inform educational planning and support
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to share evaluation results and recommended strategies
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding student assessment and confidentiality
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings when required
Schedule & Assignment:
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (7:00am – 2:30pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Dedicated to one high school campus
- Focus exclusively on conducting evaluations—counseling services are not included in this assignment
