- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational and behavioral assessments for students
- Design, implement, and monitor behavior management plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and the development of individualized education plans
- Support crisis intervention and prevention within the school community
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies
