Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of current best practices in behavioral interventions and academic support
- Previous experience working within school settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies to support academic and behavioral goals
- Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Consult with educators, families, and administrators to ensure students receive appropriate services and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
