Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field is required
- Valid School Psychologist Certification
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Strong understanding of high school student needs and development
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and interventions
- Deliver recommendations for educational and behavioral strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and student planning sessions
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory frameworks
