- Complete comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students

- Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating on individualized plans
- Deliver counseling services and crisis intervention when needed
- Contribute to RTI/MTSS processes and assist with behavioral intervention planning
- Maintain thorough, confidential records and case documentation following school and state guidelines
- Serve as a consultant to staff and families regarding mental health, behavior, and learning needs
