Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure or credentials to practice as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in educational settings with children and adolescents
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Familiarity with IEP/504 planning, behavioral intervention, and RTI processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and educational assessments
- Support and monitor student learning plans
- Deliver individual and group counseling to students
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
- Participate in intervention planning and response-to-intervention teams
- Assist in crisis management, conflict resolution, and referrals when necessary
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
